• Application for Lunch Box will be available after the conference registration completed.
• You can not change or cancel your registered information after the deadline.
• Please pay the fee of Lunch Box (1,000 JPY) at the venue when you receive the Lunch Box. Please note you will be able to pay by Japanese YEN cash ONLY.

■Inquiry for dietary restriction for Welcome Reception, Conference Banquet and Student Networking

• This submission will be available after the conference registration completed.
  Only delegate who already registered to Welcome Reception, Conference Banquet or Student Networking will be available to submit for this inquiry.

  • Student Networking (Thursday Lunch): Oct 6 2022 12:15PM-1:15PM, Thursday

For all non-Japanese on-site participants in GEC 2022 / ICRP-11, a VISA is required to enter Japan at present. A "certificate for completion of Registration to the Entrants, Returnees Follow-up System (ERFS)" is required to obtain a VISA to Japan.
Those who wish to obtain an ERFS certificate are requested to enter personal information.
